Natchanok Chonlacoop, an 9-year-old Thai, began learning piano at the age of 3 and under the supervision of Dr. Pornphan Banternghansa since 2019.

With her musical abilities, Natchanok has had the opportunity to perform concerts in famous music halls around the world, including Carnegie Hall, U.S.A., Esplande Theaters on the Bay, Singapore, Yong Siew Toh College of Music, Singapore, and Chulalongkorn Music Hall, Thailand.

Performed Piano and voice at Carnegie Hall, U.S.A. as First prize winner from Golden Classical Awards on 21st December 2022.

Performed Piano at Carnegie Hall, U.S.A. as First Prize winner and Judges Distinction Award (Plaque Trophy) Winner from The American Protégé International Piano and Strings Competition on 26th December 2022.

Despite her youth, Natchanok has amassed a remarkable array of musical achievements. In the year 2023, she garnered a slew of prestigious music awards, including:

  • 1st prize from 2023 OSAKA International Music Competition
  • 1st prize with the highest score, Piano category, from the 7th Brilliant Talent Discovery Awards International Music Competition
  • 1st Prize, Piano Category, II° Kyoto International Music Competition
  • 1st prize with the highest score, piano category, from the Orbetello Piano Competition
  • 1st prize in the piano category from The International Mozart Competition Vienna
  • 1st prize in the piano category from the IPPA Southeast Asia Piano Competition
  • 1st prize in the Piano category from the 24th OSAKA International Music Competition - Semi Final Round to compete in the final round in Japan on October 1, 2023.
  • 1st prize in the piano category from the Amadeus International Music Awards (AIMA)

In her relentless pursuit of piano excellence, Natchanok stands as the youngest participant selected to partake in the Sicily International Piano Festival, scheduled for July 8 - 17, 2023, in Italy.

Natchanok's unwavering dedication to honing her piano skills has led her to engage in enriching masterclasses led by esteemed professors and accomplished pianists. Notably, these include:

  • Professor Dr. Rolf Dieter Arens, the former dean of Franz Liszt Hochschule
  • Professor Christopher Harding, Chair of the Piano Department at the University of Michigan School of Music
  • Professor Norman Krieger, Chair of the Piano Department at Indiana University
  • Professor Li Zhe, Head of the Piano Department at Shenyang Conservatory of Music
  • Dr. Sang Woo Kang, a distinguished Professor from Providence College, among others.

Natchanok's artistic pursuits extend beyond music, as she actively contributes to her school orchestra, serves as a member of the school chamber choir, and participates in the school's swim team. In her leisure time, she indulges in activities such as playing the violin, practicing horse dressage, reading literature, and playing tennis.
