Kaylee Xie is a 15-year-old soprano and multi-talented performer from Plano, Texas. Her passion for music began in early childhood, sparked by her love of Disney films and the joy of singing along to their iconic soundtracks. That spark soon grew into a love for pop and R&B. Over the past eight years, Kaylee has trained with several vocal instructors. She also studied piano for multiple years and has recently begun learning guitar, further expanding her musical versatility.
In 2025, Kaylee was named a semi-finalist in the Watercube International Chinese Singing Competition, earning recognition for her vocal talent on an international stage. She continues to share her music and personality with a wider audience through her TikTok account, @kaylee_xie.
In addition to singing, Kaylee is an accomplished dancer. She won First Place Platinum in Crystal Level hip hop as well as song and dance at the 2025 USA Showcase Regional Dance Competition.
Kaylee sees music as both a creative outlet and a source of emotional grounding. Whether singing to lift others’ spirits or simply processing her own feelings, music is her “safe and happy place.” In the future, she hopes to pursue a career in medicine to support others emotionally and physically, while continuing to write, produce, and perform music that brings people joy.
When she's not performing, Kaylee enjoys drawing and watching movies.
