Katie has studied under the direction of Dustin Gledhill since age 4. Under his guidance and her experience at the Gledhill Arts Collective, she has participated in the Royal Conservatory of Music Certificate program. She has won State Certificate of Excellence (2015, 2016, 2018), Regional Gold Medal (2020), and National Gold Medal (2017) She was invited to perform at Carnegie Hall for the RCM Celebration of Excellence Recital every year from 2015-2019. She participated in the virtual Northeast Celebration of Excellence in 2020. In the fall, she will be starting 8th grade at Robert F. Wagner Middle School in NYC where she is an honor student. She also enjoys taekwondo, track, art, and creative writing.
