Satoru Yahata, born in 2010, in Takarazuka City, Hyogo, Japan, is an extraordinarily talented young violinist. A female musician of Japanese nationality, her objective is to give performances that are both passionate and emotionally resonant. She began her violin studies at just 5 years old and is currently under the tutelage of Professor Mauro Iurato. Over the years, Satoru has garnered numerous accolades, including a Gold Prize in the Young Artist Category at the 2022 Inzai International Music Competition and a First Prize in the Kids Artist II category at the 2022 London International Music Competition.

Starting in 2019, Satoru has been a proactive participant in various competitions and masterclasses. She has attended prestigious programs such as the Talent Music Summer Courses & Festival in Brescia, the International Music Academy ORPHEUS in Wien, and the International Summer Academy Mozarteum in Salzburg. In 2023, she secured a 3rd prize in the Culture Category of the 17th Cecilia International Music Competition and won the 1st Absolute Prize in the 12th edition of the “Citta di Massa” International Competition. Alongside these competitive achievements, Satoru has received awards for outstanding performance and best impression at multiple events in 2020 and 2021.
