Biography
Hana Igo is an 8-year-old violinist who began studying the instrument at the age of four. She currently studies with Alexander Raab, who has helped foster her enthusiasm for music while developing her technique and musical expression.
At age seven, Hana joined the Boston Youth Orchestra, where she enjoys making music with other young musicians and building valuable ensemble skills. In 2025, she was awarded Second Prize in Category I at the Radda Rise International String Competition, recognizing her musical growth and dedication at a young age. Hana loves learning new repertoire and continues to embrace new musical challenges and opportunities as she grows as a violinist.
