Originating from Córdoba, Argentina, Carmen Lemos embarked on her musical journey at eight years old, enrolling at the prestigious Conservatorio Superior de Música J.J. Castro. Her extraordinary talent swiftly led to her admission into the accelerated program at the Conservatorio Provincial Superior de Música Félix T. Garzón.

Throughout her career, Lemos has garnered acclaim in numerous competitions. She won the first prize at the Beethoven Club Competition in 2021, secured third place at the 2021 Festival Pianissimo, triumphed in the 2021 Costa Rica Piano Competition, and consistently reached the finals of the University of Memphis's Soloist Competition in 2021, 2022, and 2023.

Lemos's performances have captivated audiences beyond the concert hall. She has been featured on the TV program 'Banca el Arte' and graced stages like the Theatre of Río Cuatro and the Museo Manuel de Falla. Her skills were also showcased at the Memphis International Piano Festival and Competition.

Her musical development has been enriched through participation in numerous festivals and masterclasses, learning under renowned professors such as Anton Nel (University of Texas), Mirian Conti (Juilliard School of Music), Luis Ascot (Conservatory of Geneva), José Ramos Santana (NYU), Gabriel Kwok (Hong Kong Academy of Music), and Inna Faliks (UCLA).

Currently in her junior year, Lemos is pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance at the University of Memphis under the tutelage of Dr. Artina McCain. She aspires to a dynamic career, embracing both solo performances and collaborative ventures.
