Milo Miller is a 9th grader from Cambridge, MA. He began playing piano at age 4 and currently studies with Dr. Nilly Shilo. His accomplishments include winning the New England Piano Teachers Association, Massachusetts Music Teachers Association, Opus Massachusetts and MIMA Young Artist piano competitions, earning 2nd prize in the Aloha International Piano Competition, honorable mention in the Lancaster International Piano Competition, winning the Junior division of the New England International Chamber Music Competition with his trio (Trio JAM), and performing at Carnegie Hall. Milo loves playing chamber music through the Rivers Conservatory and Kinhaven Summer Music programs. He also plays in his school big band jazz ensemble and accompanies the school choir. He is a nationally-ranked competitive squash player who also enjoys baseball, Shakespeare, and physics.
