Shixuan Wang is currently a third-year undergraduate student in the Department of Music and Drama at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, studying under Associate Professor Zhu Qi.
In 2023, he reached the top 24 in Avenue of Stars Season 2, a large-scale musical competition variety show on Dragon TV, where he performed in the musical Soul Ferry. In 2024, he received the Bronze Award in the Individual Category at the “Ethnic Spirit” First National Grand Exhibition of Musical Singing by Higher Art Institutions. That same year, he was awarded the “Yuanpei Scholarship” (equivalent to Second Prize) at the 9th Peking University Musical Academy Award Competition.
